Playwrights include: Langston Hughes, Paul Laurence Dunbar, Zora Neale Hurston etc.
  • Black Short Fiction and Folklore - Contains over 11 000 stories and folk tales from Africa and the African Diaspora (mid 1990s - present) in their original languages and English. Includes: oral traditions; contemporary tales of modern life; complete runs of thematic literary magazines (e.g. Kyk-Over-Al, The Beacon); early North American black-owned and edited journals and newspapers.
