About the workshop
Knowledge mobilization is all about ways we can do more with what we know to ensure research and community (practice, policy, public) comes together to have a positive impact on society. In this workshop, we introduce you to the language, strategies, and opportunities for doing more with what you know. SFU’s Knowledge Mobilization Officer will facilitate this interactive session with Ali Moore, Digital Scholarship Librarian, SFU Library Research Commons. Join us in person and enjoy some light morning refreshments.
Learning Objectives
After attending this session, you will be able to
- Define and use different knowledge mobilization terminology
- Decide on whether to use a KM model or framework to guide KM planning
- Use the building blocks to write a KM plan
- Find additional KM supports and resources
