New! Enjoy the historical Acts of Parliament of Canada from the comfort of your home

SFU Library now has access to the LLMC Digital Library, which provides access to the historical acts of Canada, the provinces & territories, as well as historical Canadian case law. US and other international primary legal and governmental documents are extensively digitized in LLMC, too.

Collection highlights:

1. The digitized Acts of the Parliament of Canada/Annual Statutes. Coverage: 1867-1994

Until now, there was a large gap in online access, with print-only access for 1901-2000. Online, Justice Canada only provides access to the Annual Statutes from 2001 - present.

2. Session Laws/Statutes of British Columbia (1858-1995).

3. Session Laws/Statutes of all other provinces & territories (various date ranges, excludes Nunavut).

4. Digitized older law reports, e.g., 1850-82, Haszard & Warburton's Cases (P.E.I).

5. Digitized legal and government content from the US and other countries.
