Copyright protects written, artistic and dramatic works. SFU's Copyright Office will explain copyright law as it relates to reproducing copyright protected material in your thesis and other published works, and explain how to request permission from copyright holders when required. We'll demonstrate ways to find images, written works and other materials with fewer copyright restrictions. We'll also talk about your rights as an author.
