Fraser Library (Surrey) launches Spring 2019 extended exam period hours

Fraser Library at SFU Surrey is staying open later during exam time, to provide additional options for studying:

  • Monday-Friday 8 a.m. to 12 a.m. (Study hall from 9 p.m. to 12 a.m.)
  • Saturday and Sunday 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. (Study hall from 5 to 9 p.m.)

Please note special hours over the Easter long weekend:

  • Friday, April 19 to Monday, April 22 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. [Study hall from 5 to 9 p.m.]

​After regular library hours

  • study space throughout the Library
  • security will be on the premises to ensure safety, security and emergency management
  • Library staff will not be available to provide assistance
  • self-checkout only, including holds and reserves
  • books and media can be returned to after-hours drop box
  • equipment loans cannot be picked up/returned
    • if borrowed equipment is  dropped off during extended hours, overdue fines will be applied
  • Games Room will be closed

A reminder that student ID is required to enter SFU Surrey campus after 10pm.

The Library will return to regular hours on Wednesday April 24.
