Q: The new group study room in the Fraser Library is cool but many times, groups of people go just to socialize and it gets super loud. Could you implement a closed door policy?

I wanted to send a great big "Thank You" to the helpful staff (3 people) who assisted me today at the Surrey Fraser Library. I requested a supplemental insert instead of a textbook by mistake. The staff were able to get me the correct book and I was able to take it home without having to come back to the location. I really appreciate the time they took to look and find the correct version of what I was looking for. Thank you again!
