Windows 8 - Trouble Signing On

A: Yes, signing on to Windows it does take a long time.
We have been unable to resolve this issue under Windows 8, but we plan on upgrading our Windows 8 pilot PCs to Windows 8.1 in the near future.
In our tests, the sign on to Windows 8.1 takes about the same amount of time as signing on to Windows 7 in the labs.
There is still a lot of housekeeping going on behind the scenes, so expect the sign in time to be longer than what you would experience on your own Windows 8 device.
