Projects may be brought to the consultation on a USB drive, but researchers must ensure that their data has been de-identified beforehand.

The SFU Library keeps your information confidential; we will not speak to anyone outside of the SFU Library regarding your work unless you give us permission.

The information on this form is collected under the authority of the University Act (R.S.B.C. 1996, c.468). It is related directly to and needed by the University for services provided by the SFU Library. The information will be used to administer consultations regarding NVivo.
