   1. New process for facilitating removal of instructor materials from Tutoring Websites (Don)
      1. Don provided an overview of the new webpage that provides information for instructors about preventing their material from being uploaded and about the Copyright Office's service to request removal (https://www.lib.sfu.ca/help/academic-integrity/copyright/instructors/takedown-request-service).
6. Canvas Copyright Survey - background information and potential revisions (for information) (Jen)
   1. Jen described the Copyright Office's survey of instructors, declining response rates, and potential areas for change, and asked members for suggestions. A number of suggestions were provided.
7. Canvas Copyright Tutorial for students (Jen)
   1. This tutorial is being updated with current copyright term information as well as a general refresh. Watch for the new version in the Canvas Commons this summer. The tutorial needs to be imported again to get the updated version.
