SFU ILL request form for use by other libraries

Use this Interlibrary Loan request form for placing ILL requests with the Simon Fraser University (SFU) Library if you do not use ILL management software for placing your requests. 

 

Both your username and password are your Library and Archives Canada symbol in capital letters. 

 

If you are not a Canadian library please contact dstaylor@sfu.ca to request a username and password for your library.
