Department [For Burnaby Mountain campus use only]:
If you fill in the "Department" field on the item request form and you are located at the Burnaby Mountain campus, and you select pick up location of Campus Mail, the article will be sent to your departmental mail box via campus mail.
Note: If this option is filled in, there will be no email notification when the article arrives.
Pickup location:
If you put "NA" in the Department field and request pick up at either the Bennett, Belzberg or Surrey library, pick up the item at the library chosen. You will be notified by e-mail when the article arrives.
If you fill in the "Department" field but are not located at the Burnaby Mountain campus and have chosen your pick up location as Belzberg or Surrey pick up the item at the checkout/circulation desk at the library chosen. You will be notified by e-mail when the article arrives.
