SA 302 Global Problems and the Culture of Capitalism

This course will be offered both as a general elective and as a prerequisite or highly recommended predecessor to other Soc/Anth courses dealing with globalization and global problems. It has previously been successfully offered as a Special Topics course in 03-1, 04-1, and 04-2. It is proposed to be offered again in 05-1 and 05-2 and twice yearly thereafter with an expected enrollment of 30 students.
