Understanding the limitations of what can be archived

Before submitting your website nomination, please note:

We may not be able to capture the exact form, functionality, and content of websites as they appear on the live web. Some examples of content that may not be captured properly:

Websites using dynamic scripts or applications such as JavaScript or Adobe Flash
Streaming media players with video or audio content such as YouTube or Spotify
Searches or online forms that require interaction with the website
Social media feeds such as Twitter or Facebook
We do not collect content requiring a password

Criteria for inclusion

Content nominated should include one or more of the following:

Culturally and/or scholarly content which is at risk of disappearing. (Please explain the level of risk. For example is the website being decommissioned or is the subject ephemeral or of time-limited interest?)

In support of SFU research and instruction.

Under the purview of SFU Library.

Suggested by SFU faculty or the Library as content of significance.

Of local or regional importance.
