An email reference service for the SFU community

As some services are restricted to SFU students, faculty and staff, we may be limited in the form of assistance we can provide to those outside the SFU community.

 Coverage and response times

  • After we receive your email, we will respond within one business day.
  • We check emails daily, Monday to Friday.  
  • We do not monitor this email on holidays or when the University is closed.
