Library feedback

Q: I need the course reserve book for HUM130 for the Summer 2025 semester, and it's not available until after the course has ended. The class has 400 students and the lack of availability is problematic.

A: Looking at the Reserve reading list for HUM 130 I'm assuming the book we're dealing with is "World Religions Today" by John Esposito. Well, the good news is that we still do have on reserve some instructors' copies of this book. There are some at both Burnaby and Surrey campuses; they are in a separate shelf in the Reserves area and have the call number PROF COPY 0130. Staff can show you where they're kept. The normal library copies of the book were originally on reserve but seem to have gone astray due to an odd thing the system did; I have recalled them and they should be back on by early to mid June.
