Technical problems? Getting help with the Library website

If you encounter technical problems while using the SFU library website, assistance is available:

For help using SFU computing services and facilities including Canvas, SFU's email system SFU Connect, and selected Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint), see Technology Support for Students.

Supported web browsers

Our web site, and most of our databases and electronic journals, are designed to work with recent versions of the Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox browsers. Some of the databases and ejournals to which we subscribe may have specific browser requirements.  These requirements, which are set by database and ejournal vendors, are outside of our control.

If you experience difficulty accessing our web site and you are using Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox, please make sure you have downloaded the most recent copy of these freely available web browsers.  See the Internet Explorer site and the Mozilla Firefox site for their downloads.

If you continue to experience difficulties please report them to us as soon as possible, using one of the contact methods listed above. If you are not using a supported web browser you may also report problems.  Due to limited resources, however, we may not be able to resolve the problem.
