Unable to Access Old RefWorks Account

Q: I am trying to access my old refworks account but am not able to at this  time.

A: Your question was passed along to the SFU Library RefWorks team and as I understand it they have followed up with you and the issue has been resolved now. Trouble using MyResearch in ProQuest

Q: Very frustrating trying to use Canadian Newsstand today. I cannot access my saved documents and have had to repeat the search several times. I end up emailing each document separately.

A: I'm sorry you have been having problems with using MyResearch in ProQuest.  I have been in touch with the vendor and their response is that the problem is likely with RefWorks as the two products are closely tied.
