Q. I am astounded by the incompetence of this interface. I have signed in. I search for an item in the catalogue and receive a list. I pick out what I want and instead of being sent to a dialogue where I can order the item, I receive a list of a dozen irrelevant actions such as sending an email. Astounding. Please go back to the old interface.

Q. The SFU Library catalogue is so slow that it gives me a heart attack just trying to scroll through and clicking the "Load More Results" button.

A. Thank you for reporting this issue. We have notified the vendor and hope to get this fixed as soon as possible.

Q. It would be nice if the SFU library page worked like the other websites where if the link to the online resource is broken I can click a button to report it.

A. It's always very helpful to hear about broken links or other problems with pages on the SFU Library website. Almost all of our webpages show the page owner's name, along with a link to their profile so that you can contact them directly if you notice problems or have questions.

Q. I noticed the pin button is gone, is that a bug or a purposeful change? If it's purposeful I suggest bringing it back!

A. I tested a few searches in the library Catalogue and see the pin icon in the results list as well as in the top bar on the right, where you can sign into your account. I have not been able to replicate the problem in either Chrome or Firefox.

Q. For the last couple of days, I have not been able to access library databases and catalogue through Chrome (seems to work on MS Edge and Safari). I get an "Error 400 - This page is not working" using the one search and if I try to go directly to databases or the catalogue. Not sure if this is my setup but it had been working fine previously. When I try logging in with my password and username, I get "Bad Request. Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand.
