Q. I would like to sincerely ask that you consider rectifying the problem of fruit flies on the 6th floor study carrels. As you may know, fruit flies are harmful to us because they land on everything including toilet, trash can, etc., and therefore may transfer diseases by landing on our laptops, tumbler, etc. Landing on the opening of the coffee tumbler is the problem I have been experiencing and the problem of fruit flies has been left unresolved for far too long. Also, could you please consider putting power outlets on the 4th floor study carrels?

Q. Some lounge chairs on the 4th and 5th floors would be very much appreciated. They'll be very conducive in enhancing studying. 

A. Thank you for your suggestion on lounge chairs for floors 4 and 5, we'll definitely keep it in mind for any future renovations on those floors.  For now, we do have lounge chairs on floors 6 (silent study), 3 (main floor) and 2.

Q. At the front desk of the library I encountered an unfriendly librarian with an awful attitude. I asked to renew a laptop I was using, but she insisted that I turn it off and return it first, instead of simply scanning the code. Another staff member helping me was super nice and kind, but this librarian was impatient and not very helpful.
