Suggestion for New Title Purchase: Tales of Terra Ocean

I have a question, I am interested in Asian Ancient folktales and Chinese language, I am just wondering if It would be possible for the library to consider adding this book to the purchase order? The book belongs to Chinese Canadian writer’s association and might win a foreign literature prize in contest for Canada in the near future.
