Applying for an external borrower's library card

Published by Dipa Barua

Q. Hello there, I'm a full-time worker at Port Coquitlam, and I'd like to apply for a book renting card at SFU library, can you please tell me can I appy it at SFU, if yes, how can I make an application? And another question is that as a purchaser I'd like to borrow some books in purchasing, production & inventory control, or supply chain management, do you have such books in your library? Please advise me.
Regards,

A. Hi

We do have external borrowers cards available for purchase at any of the three SFU campus libraries (Burnaby, Surrey or Vancouver). You would need a piece of photo ID to show to staff when purchasing the card. Information on cost and loan privileges can be found by clicking on the hypertext link below.

As far as books on inventory control, etc. - if you search inventory control as a subject in the online catalogue you will see we have a fair number of books on the subject. We also have lots of material on purchasing and production. If you need help finding books you can get help from one of the liaison librarians either in person at the Ask Us Desk or virtually via chat or email. Click on the link below for more information.
