Plan ahead to get ahead!

Get ready and prepare for the upcoming term by creating your own weekly, monthly or semesterly schedule.

Kick off your semester by planning ahead and creating your own weekly, monthly or semesterly schedule or calendar in this event. Identify blocks of study time, plug in assignment deadlines and exam dates, and schedule in other responsibilities and leisure, social and family time to maintain a good balance in your life.

You may opt to create a master weekly schedule for a typical week, and/or a Semester-at-a-Glance monthly wall calendar—whatever works best for you!

Other free time management strategies and resources from the Student Learning Commons (SLC) will be available for you to explore and take home. As well, an experienced Learning Specialist from the SLC will be present to help chat through resources, guide you through creating your schedule, and answer any questions you may have!

Note this is a drop-in event open to all students (not just science students), including procrastinators and planners alike. Everyone is welcome!
