The best way to gain confidence and skills in participating in class, speaking in public, or delivering presentations is frequent practice. Here are some safe places to practice your speaking skills:

Burnaby Mountain Toastmasters at SFU - Burnaby Mountain Toastmasters meets year-round at SFU Burnaby, Wednesdays 6:30 pm-8:15pm.
