RefWorks 1 - Track references/citations
Use RefWorks to keep track of your references/citations from the library's catalogue and online article indexes and databases. In this class users will learn how to:
- Create a RefWorks account
- Access your RefWorks account from anywhere in the world with an internet connection
- Get references into your account automatically while searching article indexes and databases
- Create folders to organize your account.
RefWorks 2 - Format bibliographies instantly with MS Word
Use RefWorks to help you format your citations and bibliographies instantly with MS Word in a variety of styles (APA, MLA, Chicago...plus many more). Participants should already have a RefWorks account with references - we recommend attending RefWorks 1: Track references/citations as a prerequisite.
In this class users will learn how to:
- Use Write-N-Cite and One line/Cite view to format in-text citations and bibliographies with MS Word
- Insert a specific page reference in a citation using "Edit Citation".
- Learn about RefShare.
