How to Submit Your Thesis
2. If you are in need of help and support, please visit the Help and Support Services for Theses.
Those who are submitting their theses from a distance please click here.
As I am unable to review theses prior to submission to the Library, Step 1 of the 3-Steps to Submission will assist you in determining if your thesis has a problem.
As long as you have:
(a) your submission date-stamped by 4pm on the Deadline Date ,
(b) you have fulfilled all other requirements for graduation, and
(c) you have applied for graduation,
you will graduate according to the table on the deadline date page.
There are 3 ways to submit your Thesis Package:
- In person directly to the Assistant for Theses (see online calendar for available appointment times and drop-in hours
—the intake is processed immediately. - In person to the Library Management Office, Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm
(i.e., when the Thesis Assistant is not in or when there is a line-up at the end of the semester)
—the intake is processed within 1 month. - Remotely—only for students who are out of the Lower Mainland area ( click here )
—the intake is processed within 1 month.
Once you have submitted your Thesis Package, this requirement for graduation has been fulfilled and, if the Thesis Office requires changes, you will be notified.
A student who requires urgent proof of submission as proof of a job for citizenship/immigration purposes and needs the thesis intake completed asap, rather than hand your thesis into the Library Management Office, be sure to hand your thesis directly to the Thesis Assistant either during available drop-in times or by booking a 15-minute Appointment.
