Thesis Submission: Remote or Off-Campus Submissions

If you are unable to submit your thesis in person, your thesis must still be prepared according to the 3-Steps to Submission.

Consider the following as options:

  • Your departmental graduate assistants (GA) can be of help with submitting your: (a) signed Approval Page and (b) revisions authorization signed by your supervisor.  Though these must accompany all thesis submissions to the Library, very occasionally this is not possible.  On such occasions the GA can contact the Thesis Office and we will hold these documents until your thesis package arrives. Please check with your GA to see what he/she can do for you.
  • You can enlist a family member or friend to submit on your behalf.
  • You can send your thesis to the Library via courier—FedEx is the best option.
  • If you have hired a formatting specialist, you may arrange with this person to submit your hardcopies to the Library.

In all cases, theses must arrive in the Thesis or Library Management Office by the deadline date and time

The address of the thesis office is:
