RefWorks: Can I share my RefWorks account with other current SFU faculty, students and staff?

Yes, in one of three ways:

1. You are free to share your login information with other current SFU faculty, students and staff.
2. If you do not want to give others your full account login and password, you can provide others with a read only password.
3. You can also use the RefShare module to easily share a folder of references/citations or your entire RefWorks database on the Internet by:

   • Placing folders in SFU's shared area
   • Designating certain folders or your entire database as accessible to those you choose to give access to.
