David See-Chai Lam Graduate Research Centre
The David See-Chai Lam Graduate Research Centre is located on the First Floor of the W.A.C. Bennett Library.

2. The collection
The collection of the David See-Chai Lam Graduate Research Centre contains books and journals of interest to advanced researchers. Though little used by undergraduates, these materials are an important part of the collection of the SFU Libraries.The Library Computer Catalogue shows the location Lam Collection for regular-sized books or journals or Lam Collection Oversize for oversized books and journals in the David See-Chai Lam Graduate Research Centre.
To conserve space, the books and journals are stored on mobile compact shelving. Instructions are posted in the area to show how to operate the shelving.
Study carrels are available for students and faculty who want to consult the materials in the collection.
3. Access to the collection
The David See-Chai Lam Graduate Research Centre hours are listed on the SFU Library Hours page. The Centre contains books for use in library only and books that can be borrowed. Books may be borrowed at the Loans Counter in the W.A.C. Bennett Library, or at the Loans Counter in the Belzberg Library. Journals and books marked as non-circulating are to be used within the library.Requests to retrieve books and journals from the David See-Chai Lam Graduate Research Centre may be made at the Belzberg Library at any time during library hours. Requested books and journals will be available at the Belzberg Library on the second working day following the request.
