The collection

The collection of the David See-Chai Lam Graduate Research Centre contains books and journals of interest to advanced researchers. Though little used by undergraduates, these materials are an important part of the collection of the SFU Libraries.

The Library Catalogue shows the location Lam Collection for regular-sized books or journals or Lam Collection Oversize for oversized books and journals in the David See-Chai Lam Graduate Research Centre.

To conserve space, the books and journals are stored on mobile compact shelving. Instructions are posted in the area to show how to operate the shelving.

Study carrels are available for students and faculty who want to consult the materials in the collection.

Access to the collection

The David See-Chai Lam Graduate Research Centre is accessible when the Bennett Library (SFU Burnaby) is open. The Centre contains books that can be borrowed and a few books for use in library only. Journals and books marked as non-circulating are to be used within the library.
